Francesco Bonetti starts its activity of mother of pearl buttons production. |

His sons, Alberto, Ferrante and Dario, set up "BONETTI – Button Making Machines". |
| 1960 |
Bonetti's machines and technologies are produced and sold with a worldwide diffusion. |
| 1969 |
The MAXMATIC F2 is launched on the market and represents a revolution for the button production system, gathering turning and drilling operations in one machine. |
| 1983 |
Double head machines for the production of the front and back side of the buttons appear on the market; the top is reached by NOVA models. |
| 1994 |
For the first time, Bonetti introduces the LASER technology for the production of buttons. |
| 2000 |
The projects for the new millennium are focused on the automation present in any phase of the productive process, without forgetting the importance of the creativity, which is still a fundamental element in the production of a button as fashion and elegance detail. |
| 2019 |
A new goal is reached with the acquisition of the Tullio Giusi company: the historic brand of machines for buttons and laser markers becomes part of the Bonetti Group. |
